DPDP Compliance is run by Infinitra Innovations, an engineering company that builds and runs software on AWS. We build the systems that make an organisation compliant with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 and the DPDP Rules 2025, and we keep them compliant after the first audit. Everything on this site is generated from one obligation library: the gazette text of the Act and the Rules, and 217 obligations each traced to the section, rule or schedule that creates it. When MeitY publishes, the library gets a new release and the site follows. Nothing here is a summary somebody wrote by hand and forgot to update.

We do not publish the obligation list itself. The free check tells you how much of the law lands on you and what it is capped at; which obligations they are, and where you stand on each, is a conversation, not a download.
